Let’s Talk
We’ll schedule a no-obligation visit to view your property and have a friendly, open conversation. During this visit, we assess the property's condition, location, and potential for a long-term rent-to-rent agreement. It’s important to us that both sides are a great fit, and we’ll always be upfront and honest about what we can offer.

3 - 5 year Agreements
If both parties are happy to move forward, we agree on a fixed monthly rent and sign a contract for a set period — typically 3 to 5 years. Once the agreement is in place, Nok Nok becomes your professional tenant. We take full responsibility for the property, including furnishing, compliance, finding quality subtenants, and day-to-day management. You’ll no longer need to worry about voids, calls, or repairs.

Sit Back & Get Paid
Each month, your rent is paid on time and in full, regardless of occupancy. We handle everything behind the scenes, from tenant support and property maintenance to regular checks and ongoing care. Your property remains in safe hands while you enjoy consistent, reliable income — with zero hassle.
